Full Agreement

Last Updated: April 28, 2026 These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your enrollment and participation in the Agency Growth Launchpad coaching program (the “Program”), offered by Seven Figure Agency, LLC (“Seven Figure Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling, submitting payment, or accessing any Program materials, you (“you,” “your,” or “Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll.

1. Program Description

The Agency Growth Launchpad is a 12-week coaching and education program for marketing agency owners. The Program includes group coaching calls, an initial 1:1 strategy session with the Head Coach, recorded training materials, templates, scripts, SOPs, GoHighLevel (GHL) snapshots, a private community, and ongoing access to the Head Coach during the active membership period. The Program is educational and advisory in nature. It is not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice. We do not provide done-for-you services or guarantee any specific business outcome.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract. The Program is designed for owners and operators of marketing agencies. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any enrollment at our discretion.

3. Fees and Payment

Pricing. The Program fee is $2,500 USD for the first three (3) months, billed up front at enrollment. Beginning in month four, you will be billed $850 USD per month on a recurring basis until you cancel, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Authorization. By enrolling, you authorize Seven Figure Agency (and our payment processors) to charge your designated payment method for the initial fee and all recurring monthly fees. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. Failed Payments. If a recurring payment fails, we may suspend your access until the balance is brought current. Accounts more than 15 days past due may be terminated, and any outstanding balance remains owed. Taxes. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes that may apply. No Chargebacks. You agree to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of access and collection of the disputed amount.

CRITICAL POLICY

4. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If at any point within the first 90 days of enrollment you decide the Program is not the right fit, email [email protected] and we will refund your initial $2,500 payment. No hoops. The guarantee applies only to the initial three-month fee. Recurring monthly fees billed after the first 90 days are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time after the initial three-month period by emailing [email protected] at least seven (7) days before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing and ends access to live coaching, the community, and Program materials at the end of your current billing cycle. Already-paid fees are non-refundable except as provided in Section 4.

6. Intellectual Property

All Program content, including training videos, written materials, templates, scripts, SOPs, GHL snapshots, frameworks, blueprints, and the Agency Growth System™, is the exclusive property of Seven Figure Agency and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Limited License. Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Program materials for internal operation of your own marketing agency and implementation with your own paying clients. Restrictions. You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or share login credentials to Program materials. You may not repackage or republish Program content as your own, use it to create a competing program, or post it publicly. Violation of this section may result in immediate termination without refund and legal action.

7. Additional Clauses (7-19)

7. Confidentiality: You agree to keep all information shared by other Members and by Seven Figure Agency staff confidential. You will not record, screenshot, or share private discussions outside the Program. 8. No Earnings Guarantee: Results vary. Your results depend on your effort, skill, market, capital, niche, existing assets, execution, and other factors outside our control. We make no guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of revenue. 9. Code of Conduct: You agree to treat coaches and fellow Members with respect, refrain from harassment, refrain from soliciting Members without permission, and comply with all applicable laws in operating your agency. 10-18. Legal Provisions: You and Seven Figure Agency are independent contractors. The Program is provided "as is." Our liability is limited to fees paid in the trailing six months. You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your operation. We may modify these Terms at any time.
